OK- 3 Cardinal Rules I live by:
- I always try to get back to my clients within an hour or two when they email me. And yes, I do everything via email only. See below.
- I always require your info via email (the ? sheet) to avoid any miscommunication.
- I always keep all my client info confidential. Nothing will ever be shared. EVER.
These are my rules, and they work wonders! My regular business hours are 9am-7pm EST, Mon- Fri, and on the weekends for resumes ordered with the 24 hr. option.
